This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which RESPIRIT HEALTHCARE PRIVATE will issue refunds for lung healthcare services purchased through our website or offline channels. It applies to all services, including but not limited to:
1. Online and in-person consultations
2. Diagnostic testing
3. Lung health monitoring subscriptions
4. Pulmonary rehabilitation programs

2. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Cancellation Prior to Service: If a customer cancels a scheduled appointment or service with at least 72 hours' notice, they are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
b. Technical Difficulties: Refunds will be granted if technical difficulties on our website or systems prevent the customer from accessing or completing a purchased service.
c. Duplicate Charges: Duplicate charges due to website or system errors will be fully refunded.

3. Limitations on Refunds
a. Partial Use: Refunds will not generally be issued for partially used services.
b. No-Show Appointments: Refunds will not be given for missed appointments without sufficient notice (72 hours).
c. Customer Dissatisfaction: While we strive for customer satisfaction, refunds will not be granted solely based on dissatisfaction with the outcome of a service, unless there was a clear error or misrepresentation on our part.

4. Refund Process
a. Request: To request a refund, please contact our customer support at support@respirithealth.com or +91-8822153356 within 30 days of the original purchase date. Provide your order number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
b. Review: Our team will review your refund request within 5 business days. We may request additional information before making a decision.
c. Decision: You will be notified of the decision via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
